The META project Principal Investigator is Dr. Jennifer Weil Arns, Associate Professor, School of Library and Information Science at the University of South Carolina.   Dr. Arns' research interests include the valuation and administration of public libraries.  Her extensive publications include co-authorship of two of the most highly regarded publications in the field of public library valuation:
