Dr, Arns graduated with a B.A. from Syracuse University in 1968, a MLS from the University of California at Berkeley in 1970, and a MPA from Harvard University in 1991. She received her Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002.
Dr. Arn's teaching areas include Public Librarianship, Information Systems Policy, Information Systems in Organizations and Foundations of Librarianship and Information Services.
