Students are expected to attend all class meetings. Unsatisfactory class attendance may be considered an adequate reason by the instructor for requesting the student's withdrawal from a course. No graduate credit will be awarded for any course in which a student has been absent from more than 25 percent of the scheduled class meetings. Further, any student who is auditing a course who misses more than the prescribed number of classes, will not receive audit credit. The professor may exact a grade penalty for excessive absences.
Attendance requirements for onsite classes is determined by the class instructor. Be sure you understand the attendance standard required for each distance class.
An undergraduate course for credit is required to satisfy undergraduate attendance regulations.
