The Penny Hayne Collection of award winning books was dedicated on November 24. The collection resides at the the South Carolina Center for Children's Books and Literacy at the South Carolina State Library.. Pictured above are Penny's family: son Teddy (Theodore Brevard Hayne V), husband Ted (Theodore Brevard Hayne IV), and daughter, Mary Douglass Hayne Smith. Below is a sample of the collection.
