Ty'Sheoma Bethea is presented with a Cocky's Reading Express™ BobbleHead from SLIS student, LaTilia Heyward. Ty'Sheoma wrote a letter (typed on a computer at the Dillon Public Library) to President Obama asking for help for her Dillon County school.
Ty'Sheoma was invited to sit next to Michelle Obama at the President's first address to Congress.
