Welcome to the York County Public Library History site. York County is in Olde English District in upstate South Carolina. The main library is in the Rock Hill. The York County Library system has four branch libraries in Clover, Fort Mill, and Lake Wylie. York County Library funds and operates the bookmobile that serves communities and rural areas of York County including nursing homes, schools, and day care centers.
