Dr. Tu received her Ph.D. in Library and Information Studies from Texas Woman’s University, an M.L.I.S. from Louisiana State University, and a B.A. from Soochow University, Taipei, Taiwan. Her area of expertise in both research and teaching is in medical informatics and health sciences librarianship. In addition, she has a strong academic background and experience in reference and information services, especially virtual reference services.
