Nonie graduated from USC with a Bachelor of Arts in English and UNC, Chapel Hill with a Master of Science in Library Science. Before coming to SLIS, she worked in school libraries, army libraries and public libraries. Currently President of the Friends of South Carolina Libraries, she has always been involved in professional activities. Her greatest joy in life are her two wonderful, interesting children.
