Elizabeth Miller is a graduate of Mary Washington College of the University of Virginia. She received both her MLIS and Specialist of Library and Information Science degrees from the University of South Carolina. .

Elizabeth is the author of eight books. The Internet Resource Directory for K-12 Teachers and Librarians (Libraries Unlimited) was an annual publication from 1994-2002.
