Elizabeth Miller is a graduate of Mary Washington College of the University of Virginia. She received both her MLIS and Specialist of Library and Information Science degrees from the University of South Carolina.

Elizabeth is the author of eight books. The Internet Resource Directory for K-12 Teachers and Librarians (Libraries Unlimited) was an annual publication from 1994-2002.
