Chuck received a BED and MED from Duquesne University and MLS and Ph.D in Library Service from the School of Communication, Information and Library Studies at Rutgers University. After being at the college for 27 years, Chuck retired in December, 2001 but continues to take classes at USC.
Chuck is currently back teaching at SLIS to both Master's and Ph.d students.
