Complete Home Medical Guide - Free, full-text guide from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Chapters include "Symptoms and Diagnoses" and "Treatment and Prevention of Disease."

FoodSafety.gov - A "gateway to government food safety information."

Free Medical Journals - Links to hundreds of medical journals that offer free full-text articles.

Hardin Meta Directory of Health Sources - Metalist of medical and health sources on the net, from the University of Iowa.
