The Chronicle of Higher Education - Get to forums on academic issues, job postings, etc.  Site also has articles, some free some for a fee.

Education Index - Guide to the best and most useful education-related sites on the web, from prenatal to post-secondary.

Education Week Web Edition - Online edition of "America's Education Newspaper of Record."

Educause - Bills itself as the "most extensive collection of higher education information technology materials assembled on the web."

Electronic School - Focuses on instructional technology for K-12 teachers and administrators.

FEDIX - This is a database of research and education funding opportunities. Its free email service notifies subscribers of research and education grants from the US government in their area of interest.

From Now On: The Educational Technology Journal - Great source of information on technology and learning.

Global Campus - Maintained by California State University, this database is shared by various educational institutions.
