The business world as we know it is rapidly shifting from an industrial based manufacturing model to an information driven technological model. With the advent of the computer, intellectual capital has become one of the most important commodities a company can possess. How companies document and utilize the intellectual capital of their employees is known as knowledge management. Knowledge management is a relatively new management theory but much as been written on the subject. This electronic pathfinder is intended for the individual who has an interest in learning more about the philosophy and literature of knowledge management. It is geared towards business and information professionals, but anyone who would like to know more about the discipline of knowledge management can still find this electronic resource list enlightening.
