George Washington and Jefferson National Forests - Here is access to different regions of both parks - simply click on the area of interest to see if there is camping available. Appalachian National Scenic Trail - Also known as the AT, this trail runs from North Georgia to Central Maine. There is opportunity for camping along the way. This site will provide some brief information.·
Blue Ridge Parkway - The Parkway extends 469 miles through the southern Appalachians of Virginia and North Carolina, linking Shenandoah and Great Smoky Mountain National Parks along the crest of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Camping information is available here.![]()
