It is a good place to learn about the particulars of Copyright Laws.

United States Government Copyright Office from the Library of
Congress

Without a doubt, this should be the first Web site to consult with questions about copyright laws
in
America.  As the Marybeth Peters, Register of Copyrights explains,
Our homepage has been created with the desire to serve the copyright
community of creators and users, as well as the general public.”
This site is well organized with a lot of very useful (and interesting)
information that can be downloaded for free.

A good Website to use to study legislative history.
Be warned that many are not a complete legislative history but this is a good place to start.

Electronic Frontier Foundation
The EFF aims to protect “freedom where law and technology collide.” This is a
decent site with an archived list of articles well worth perusing. Also, the alphabetized links
