Cecilia Hem Lee

A native of Puerto Rico, Cecilia graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras where she received a B.A. in History.  Mrs. Hem Lee received a MLIS from the USC School of Library and Information Science in 2007. She is currently an ARMY librarian at the Thomas Lee Hall Library at Fort Jackson.  Mrs. Hem Lee is in charge of the Youth Services Department and library Programs and Services.
